Item Dark personality traits and job satisfaction among tertiary education employees(2021-11) Lura, Louis PeraltaThe researcher sought to find out the relationship between the dark personality traits and job satisfaction among tertiary education employees. Specifically, this research aimed to answer the following: 1. What dark personality traits are prevalent among the respondents in terms of level of: a. narcissism; b. machiavellianism; c. psychopathy; and d. sadism? 2. What is the respondents' level of: a. internal job satisfaction; and b. external job satisfaction? 3. What is the relationship between the dark personality traits and the job satisfaction? Ha: There is a significant relationship between dark personality traits and job satisfaction. The study used the descriptive-correlational method of research to determine the relationship between dark personality traits and job satisfaction of tertiary education employees.
