This study is to determine the effect of the Enhanced0-comprehensive local integration program (E-CLIP) in the life former rebels in Mountain Province. Specifically, it sought to answer the following: 1. what is the effect of the E-CLIP on the former rebels in terms of their: a. economic status; and b. social status/relations? 2. what are the challenges in implementing the E-CLIP as experienced by the: a. rebel-beneficiaries; and b. government implementers?
