Item College students' autonomous learning in online environment(2021-08) Aobo, Li.With the popularization and development of the Internet, online teaching in colleges and universities in China is gradually becoming normal. At present, the diversity of learning in the Internet era puts forward high requirements for college students' online autonomous learning ability. Especially at this stage when COVID-19 is wreaking havoc on the world. In order to avoid the further spread of the virus due to dense personnel, schools at all levels have adopted online teaching. This makes online learning a trend. Therefore, in the Internet environment, how to improve college students' autonomous learning ability and improve students' learning efficiency are also imminent. This study is based on the students and teachers of two colleges and universities in Handan, through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, to understand the current situation of College Students' autonomous learning in the Internet age, the factors affecting autonomous learning and the problems encountered in autonomous learning. Then it puts forward suggestions from the three aspects of learners, teachers and schools to further optimize the current autonomous learning behavior of college students and improve the learning efficiency of college students in the online environment. The purpose of this paper was to determine the implementation level of Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the online environment, the factors affecting autonomous learning and the existing problems. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is the level of implementation of Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the online environment? 2. What are the factors affecting the Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the online environment? 3. What are the problems encountered by the Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the online environment? The researcher used mixed method. Quantitative research was employed to find out the implementation level of Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the network environment. Qualitative research was used to find out the factors affecting Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the network environment and the problems encountered by Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the network environment. The researcher distributed a questionnaire survey on 490 management students from Handan Polytechnic College and Handan University. This paper explores the implementation level of Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the online environment through the weighted average value. Sixteen students and two teachers were interviewed, and the influencing factors and existing problems were determined by subject analysis. The following are the main findings of the study: 1. Chinese college students can adapt to the autonomous learning mode in the online environment and can better carry out autonomous learning activities. However, there is a lack of self-control, and my monitoring ability needs to be improved. 2. Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the network environment is affected by themselves (such as low self-control ability), teachers (such as whether to provide effective guidance to students) , learning environment (such as the school's investment in online learning equipment) and peer factors (such as whether partners cooperate and communicate with each other) . Among them, learners themselves are the main factor. 3. When Chinese college students study independently in the online environment, they find that they have poor self-control, poor ability to effectively use e--learning resources, insufficient investment in online learning equipment, and lack of certain guidance from teachers. Various factors make them fail to fully achieve the expected learning effect. In light of the findings of the study, the following are the conclusions: 1. Generally speaking, Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the online environment has been carried out and gained good feedback. 2. The Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the online environment is influenced by many different factors, both internal and external. 3. There are still many problems in Chinese college students' autonomous learning in the online environment, mainly about students' learning behavior, limited resources and the teacher' guidance role. In relation with the findings and conclusions of this research, the following are recommended: 1. Chinese college students should be strict with them in the process of autonomous learning in the online environment, restrict their learning behavior, strengthen self-monitoring, carry out reflective learning and form good learning habits. 2. When carrying out online courses, schools should consider the influencing factors such as learners themselves, teacher guidance, peer communication and the construction of online learning environment. The school should be student-centered, stimulate students' motivation, teach students' learning strategies, create a good learning environment and guide students to study independently. 3. When Chinese college students conduct autonomous learning in an online environment, teachers should change traditional ideas and give full play to the role of organization and guidance. Schools should establish and improve the system and mechanism of network learning support and guarantee.
